Welcome East Valley Families!

Our learning pod will meet primarily in the Johnson Ranch community of San Tan Valley. Additionally, we utilize various other locations throughout the East Valley area to enrich our educational experiences and provide diverse learning environments for our students.

We alert parents of available spots as soon a they are available.  We also add more classes as needed to accommodate our families.  If for some reason we are not able to place your child in a spot, we will refund your registration fee and offer you priority placement next summer.

We are committed to supporting all learners, including those with neurodivergencies such as ADD, ADHD, and dyslexia. Our programs are designed to provide targeted support to ensure these students thrive in our educational setting .

Quantum Montessori does not offer refunds. We strive for transparency in all our interactions and encourage families to ask all necessary questions to fully understand our programs before enrollment. Our team is always available to provide detailed information to help you make an informed decision.

Yes, Quantum Montessori accepts funding from the Arizona Education Savings Account (ESA) and various other state resources. We encourage parents to pay the family investment upfront and then seek reimbursement from their respective funding programs. Please note that classes will not commence until the family investment has been paid in full. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and consistency of our educational offerings.

After you enroll at Quantum Montessori, the following steps ensure a smooth transition for your family:

1. Administrative Forms: We will provide all necessary forms for you to complete. These help us tailor our services to meet your child’s specific educational needs.
2. Setup of Quantum Montessori Accounts: Each family gets set up with a personal Quantum Montessori account to access all online services and track the child’s educational progress.
3. Initial Meetings: We schedule meetings to discuss your child’s individual learning plans, introduce you to their guide and educators, and confirm details about the learning pod’s operation.
4. Finalization of Scheduling: Before the learning pod begins, we finalize all scheduling arrangements during a personal meeting, ensuring you and your child are prepared for the first day.

Quantum Montessori’s NeuroNavigators is a specialized program designed to support neurodivergent students by providing tailored educational strategies and support systems. The program is led by a team of highly qualified professionals including a Licensed National School Psychologist, special education guides, certified Orton-Gillingham educators, and instructors from the Rhyme & Reason Literacy program. Additionally, behavioral health guides contribute to a comprehensive approach that addresses the educational, emotional, and social needs of each student. This collaboration ensures that all students receive the support they need to thrive in a learning environment that celebrates diversity and individuality.

Yes, all meals are prepared with attention to the dietary needs of our pod. If your child has a groundnut or any other allergy, please inform us on your registration form, and we will accommodate your family’s dietary needs to ensure safety and inclusion.

In the event of an emergency, we immediately contact parents and, if necessary, dial 911. We require all parents to provide insurance information and necessary documentation upon enrollment. Our team is committed to protecting your child and is accessible at all times during program hours.

Our Johnson Ranch base is equipped with comprehensive security measures including a monitored alarm system and cameras (inside and outside) accessible to families during learning hours. We are located less than 10 minutes from rescue services, and families are encouraged to volunteer and engage with the pod.

Yes, all educators are required to have current CPR, First Aid, and AED training. Background checks are thorough, covering the past 15 years of each educator’s history, including checks on education, sex offender registries in all states where they have lived, driving records, and both personal and professional references.

Our hybrid learning pod model offers flexible guidance, combining in-person instruction on chosen days with online STEAM classes available five days a week. We also offer in-person STEAM classes, online/in-person tutoring and social clubs. Our book club meets both online and in-person. This flexible use of technology ensures that we provide high-quality service without compromising the educational value.

Each learning pod at Quantum Montessori accommodates a maximum of 10 students per age group to ensure personalized attention and a supportive learning environment.

Yes, if a pod exceeds six students, we bring in an experienced guide to assist. Additionally, we involve Friends of Quantum—parents, college students, older siblings, and community members—who wish to contribute. All assistants undergo the same rigorous background and qualification checks as our staff. Families have a say in choosing who participates in our pod, from staff to learners, to maintain a trusted and secure environment.
