ENROLLMENT PROCESS

A Guided Path to Joining Quantum Montessori

We’ve designed our enrollment process to be simple, transparent, and supportive—helping families feel confident as they join our community. Below is a step-by-step guide so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Step 1. Inquiry

Begin by reaching out to our team. We’ll answer your initial questions and help you explore whether Quantum Montessori is the right fit for your family. If your family has a child who requires accommodations, begin by filling out our pre-registration form. Click Here to submit this form which helps us understand your family’s needs and preferences.

Step 2. Parent Meeting

Schedule a one-on-one information session where we’ll learn about your child’s needs, share program details, and discuss how our Montessori approach supports the whole family.

Important Note

While the outlined process is not mandatory, we recommend it for families who want to ensure that Quantum Montessori is the right fit before proceeding with enrollment. We do not offer refunds if families do not fully understand how personalized and involved our learning experience is. Our program requires active parental involvement and a commitment to our unique educational approach.

Step 3. Enrollment Application & Admin Fee

Complete our online Enrollment Application and submit the non-refundable administration fee equal to one month’s tuition (due upon enrollment and annually).

Step 4. “Getting to Know You” Forms

Fill out our student profile forms to help us understand your child’s strengths, learning style, and goals.

Step 5. Submit Student Records

Provide any previous IEPs, evaluations, or additional documentation. If a specialist evaluation is required, a $140 fee will apply.

Step 6. Tuition & Deposits

Before the first day of learning, families must submit:

  • A non-refundable administration fee equal to one-month’s tuition (due upon enrollment and annually)
  • Last Month’s Tuition – This payment is reserved and applied toward your child’s final month of enrollment. Please note: this payment is required for families paying privately. This payment does not apply to ESA, subsidy recipients or families submitting payments quarterly, by semester, or annually.
  • Ongoing monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month

Step 7. Orientation Week

Your child’s first week begins with our New Family Orientation (NFO). This week ensures students and families feel confident navigating both Quantum Montessori classes and ASU Prep Digital platforms.

Orientation includes:

  • Daily Live Lessons (Monday–Thursday) for students and home educators.

  • Proctored Assessments (Mon–Wed).

  • Assignments to practice navigating our systems.

Home educators must be present during Orientation Week to support students. Laptops or desktops are required; iPads/iPhones are not compatible for dual enrollment.

Step 8. Regular Learning Schedule Begin

After a fun first week of orientation and assessments, your child will dive into their regular learning schedule starting in Week 2.
