Welcome to Quantum Montessori! We are thrilled to guide you through our enrollment process, designed to ensure that every family feels heard, seen, and aligned with our educational community. We are dedicated to providing an enriching educational experience through our innovative and personalized learning programs. Our enrollment process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, ensuring that every family can seamlessly join our vibrant community. From scheduling an initial tour to completing the necessary paperwork, our team is here to guide you through each step. We aim to create a nurturing environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential. Explore how our unique approach to Montessori education can transform your child’s learning journey and discover the benefits of joining Quantum Montessori today. Below is a detailed overview of the steps involved from pre-registration to the first few weeks of school:

1. Pre-Registration and Initial Contact

We suggest everyone schedule a meeting with our admissions team to discuss your child’s needs and our program’s suitability. This conversation is crucial for aligning our program with your educational goals. If your family has a child who requires accommodations, begin by filling out our pre-registration form. Click Here to submit form.  This form helps us understand your family’s needs and preferences.

2. Student Evaluation

After the initial meeting, your child will meet with one of our Montessori guides and others on our team depending on their individual needs. This session allows the student to become familiar with our environment, and the guide will assess their learning style, interests, and any specific needs to determine if our program is the right fit. This step also helps build a trusting relationship between the student and the guide. A $140.00 fee will be collected during this meeting to cover the Student Evaluation.

Important Note

While the outlined process is not mandatory, we recommend it for families who want to ensure that Quantum Montessori is the right fit before proceeding with enrollment. We do not offer refunds if families do not fully understand how personalized and involved our learning experience is. Our program requires active parental involvement and a commitment to our unique educational approach.

What to Expect After Enrollment through the First 3 Weeks of Learning

The first three weeks of school are crucial for setting the tone and establishing a strong foundation for the rest of the year. Here’s a guide on what to expect during this period:

  • In the first week, Montessori observations and initial assessments will be conducted. Quantum Montessori Guides & Success Coaches will focus on understanding each student’s learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement. This period is crucial for setting a baseline and getting to know the students in a Montessori setting.
  • By the second week, weekly one-on-one meetings with students will commence. During these live individual guidance sessions, Quantum Montessori Guides and Success Coaches will review progress, establish goals, and address specific needs. Additionally, academic assessments using IXL will begin. IXL’s diagnostic tools will offer detailed insights into each student’s proficiency, aiding in the development of personalized learning plans. We encourage home-guides and parent-guides to support their children with this process at home as needed.
  • In the third week, we will create individualized learning plans based on the observations and assessments conducted in the previous weeks. These plans will be customized to address each student’s unique needs and goals. They will be implemented through various channels: at home with the support of parent-guides, during live group sessions, in one-on-one meetings with their guide, and during independent study time. This approach ensures that each student’s education is tailored to their specific requirements and delivered in the most effective manner.
