Floating Hearts is offered in live 45-minute small group classes to provide an interactive and engaging environment for personal growth. We will cover Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Character Traits, and Teaching Self-Government.

We believe in providing an inclusive and fair admission process for all prospective students. To ensure transparency and the best fit for our educational community, all prospective families must complete a comprehensive enrollment process before officially joining our school. This process is particularly important and required for families with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
We begin with a meeting between the parents and our team to discuss the child’s needs and our ability to support them. This meeting is essential for aligning our program with the family’s expectations and educational goals. If the family wishes to proceed, a $35.00 fee will be collected to cover the Student Evaluation. This fee will be credited towards your administrative fee should you choose to move forward with enrollment of your child.
Each student will participate in a Student Evaluation Meeting with one of our guides. This session is designed to allow the student and guide to get acquainted in a comfortable and supportive environment. The guide will assess the student’s learning style, interests, and any specific needs to ensure that our program is the right fit. The interaction also gives the student a chance to become familiar with the guide, ask questions, and build a trusting relationship, which is crucial for a successful educational experience.
Once the evaluation is complete and both parties agree to proceed, the next step is to secure your child’s spot. A one-time administrative fee, reduced by the $35.00 evaluation fee, is required to hold the spot. When you are ready, proceed to step 4.
The Family Investment is due three days before the school year starts and on the 1st of each month thereafter. Please note that all tuition and administrative fees are non-refundable once paid. This policy ensures that families make a well-informed decision before committing to our program.

Family Evaluation Meeting: The second meeting involves the entire family, allowing our educators to assess whether they feel comfortable working together. This step is crucial in maintaining a respectful and collaborative environment for all parties.
Family Assessment Fee: A $35 non-refundable assessment fee will be required to cover the administrative costs associated with this process. This fee must be paid before the initial parent meeting.

Disrespectful behavior toward our staff or anyone representing Quantum Montessori will not be tolerated.
