Elementary Montessori Guide, Montessori Homeschool
An experienced Montessori educator to develop our Third Grade weekly homeschool work plans and prepare the matching coursework in Canvas, using Quantum Montessori’s established curriculum framework, templates and specifications.
What you’ll do
- Develop the assigned Third Grade Montessori work plan each week
- Follow our work-plan templates, curriculum sequence, formats and specifications
- Select and sequence lessons and independent student work from the curriculum resources provided
- Keep assigned work developmentally and academically appropriate
- Match each lesson and assignment on the work plan with its coursework in Canvas
- Prepare weekly Canvas coursework with instructions, assignments, resources and links
- Review all work for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Meet weekly deadlines and make reasonable corrections when needed
Who we’re looking for
- Montessori teaching experience
- A strong understanding of the Lower Elementary curriculum and progression
- Strong curriculum-planning skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow established templates and detailed specifications
- Independent and dependable with weekly deadlines
- Comfortable learning and working in Canvas LMS
- Able to turn curriculum requirements into clear, usable student assignments
About the work
Quantum Montessori provides the curriculum framework, templates, resources, systems and specifications. You translate them into a complete weekly Third Grade work plan and the corresponding Canvas coursework.
The goal is simple: a Third Grade family should be able to open their weekly work plan, enter Canvas, and find everything they need to complete that week’s work.
Compensation
$100 per completed and approved weekly Third Grade work plan, including its Canvas coursework. Each weekly plan is expected to take about 3–4 hours using the resources provided. Payment is per completed work plan, not per student.
Eligibility
Applicants must currently live in the United States, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and perform the role while located in the United States. Quantum Montessori does not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this position.
