Everyday emotional and social learning
Learners practice recognizing feelings, expressing needs, asking for help, respecting boundaries, and working with others. Guides reinforce these skills through daily interactions, Grace and Courtesy lessons, community circles, and reflection.
Harmony in Action classes
Monthly 70-minute live classes for grades K–6 connect stories, social-emotional learning, character development, and creative expression. Learners explore themes such as courage, compassion, responsibility, patience, and perseverance.
Skills for learning and independence
Through modeling and supported practice, learners develop ways to participate, navigate transitions, respond to feedback, and work through challenges. Guidance reflects each learner’s developmental readiness, communication preferences, and support needs.
Problem-solving and meaningful repair
Learners practice describing a situation, considering choices and their effects, and selecting a next step. Peace activities, role-play, and guided conversations help them resolve disagreements, take responsibility, and repair after mistakes.
Two-day Home Guide mini program
As part of Home Guide Training, parents and caregivers learn to recognize recurring behavior patterns, respond calmly, teach three foundational learning skills, and guide practical problem-solving. Preparation combines live training with a Quantum Montessori Guide & Success Coach and independent, self-paced learning.
Two hours of included coaching
Home Guides receive two hours of coaching to apply the training to their learner’s needs and home routines. New Family Orientation Week is the preferred completion time; families may complete this component within the first four weeks of enrollment. Broader parenting and family coaching is offered separately through The Intentional Family Experience.
