Family Readiness Assessment
Quantum Montessori offers a Family Readiness Assessment to help prospective families reflect on their readiness for our educational approach.
Families may complete this assessment without providing their name or email address. However, the assessment is not fully anonymous because certain technical information is automatically collected.
Information we collect includes:
- Assessment questions and submitted answers
- Assessment result or readiness category
- Unique assessment reference number
- IP address recorded at submission
- Submission date and time
- Privacy acknowledgment
- Name and email address, only when voluntarily provided for follow-up
We use assessment information to provide results, understand prospective families’ educational interests, maintain submission records, and respond to follow-up requests.
Assessment responses are stored in our WordPress website database and are intended to be accessible only to authorized personnel.
Providing contact information for follow-up is optional and is not required to receive assessment results. Requesting follow-up does not automatically subscribe a family to marketing communications.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address, also called a hash, may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy .
After your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible publicly alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download images and extract any location information included in those files.

You may also request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to information we must retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Requests concerning Family Readiness Assessment records may require information sufficient to identify the relevant submission, such as its unique assessment reference number.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Information submitted through the Family Readiness Assessment is processed through the Quantum Montessori website and stored in its WordPress database.
Text Messages (SMS)
Quantum Montessori may send text messages to parents and guardians who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts, about enrollment, tours, meetings, scheduling, and their child’s program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers who deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.
