ClassDojo Team Builders

Small crews, big projects. Young learners build, create and solve problems together, earn teamwork points for kind and helpful choices, and share their work with families in ClassDojo. Every project asks children to plan together, take turns and celebrate each other.

How it works

Build together, share with family

ClassDojo helps us celebrate teamwork and keep families close to what their children make.

01

Small crews

Children work in crews of three or four with a shared goal each week.

02

Team projects

Building challenges, art projects and puzzles that need everyone’s ideas.

03

Teamwork points

Points celebrate kind and helpful choices like sharing, listening and encouraging. They are never taken away.

04

Portfolios

Children post photos and short videos of their work to their ClassDojo portfolio, approved by their Guide.

05

Family connection

Families see projects and messages in ClassDojo, and can celebrate at home.

A month in the club

A new team project each week

Projects use simple supplies from home and build on each other.

    Bridge challenge

Build a bridge that holds a small toy, test it and make it stronger.

  4. Week 4

    Show-and-celebrate

Who it is for

A good fit if…

  • Children in kindergarten through third grade
  • Learners who love building and making
  • Children practicing sharing, listening and taking turns
  • Families who want to see their child’s work each week

Before class

What you need

  • A device with a camera and microphone
  • Simple supplies such as paper, tape, crayons and recycled boxes
  • A free ClassDojo family account (we send the invite after enrollment)
  • A Home Guide nearby for the youngest learners

The Montessori way

Children learn by doing, with real materials and real problems to solve. The crew becomes a small community where every child contributes. Teamwork points name and celebrate grace and courtesy rather than reward compliance.
