QUANTUM MONTESSORI / CAREERS & TEAM

Founding Learning Pod Educator

For accomplished educators ready to lead a local Quantum Montessori Learning Pod with meaningful autonomy and schoolwide support.

01

A founding educator, not simply a classroom assignment

This pathway is intended for experienced educators with at least 10 years of relevant educational experience, with demonstrated leadership readiness who can establish and operate a local Quantum Montessori Learning Pod. The founding educator serves as the accountable local leader while working within the Quantum Montessori school system.

02

Local model and learner capacity

A Learning Pod may deliver in-person, online, or hybrid learning, according to its approved program design. The planning model supports up to 30 enrolled learners, subject to age grouping, instructional coverage, facilities, enrollment, applicable law, and final operational approval. This is a capacity ceiling, not a promised opening-day enrollment.

03

Staffing and day-to-day leadership

The proposed staffing model includes one founding educator, up to two assistant educators, and one communications support specialist, with staffing levels determined by learner needs and approved budgets. The founding educator directs the daily schedule, prepared environment, local family relationships, staff coordination, learning routines, safety practices, and quality assurance.

04

Local autonomy within a shared system

Founding educators propose the community and potential location for their pod and help shape local operations. Quantum Montessori approves the site, program model, facilities, staffing, budgets, and standards. The educator has substantial practical autonomy within established policies and supervisory responsibilities.

05

What Quantum Montessori provides

Quantum Montessori coordinates the approved curriculum, instructional planning, learner management systems, admissions and administrative systems, brand marketing and advertising, operational guidance, HR support, professional learning, and state-specific legal and compliance coordination through appropriate professionals. Site-specific permits, insurance, safety and education obligations must be confirmed before opening.

06

Qualification and training pathway

Applicants should demonstrate substantial educational experience, evidence of leadership, sound judgment with learners and families, recordkeeping, personnel supervision, sound financial stewardship, and readiness to implement Montessori-aligned practices. All selected founding educators complete the full core Quantum Montessori Guide & Success Coach (QMGSC) training, the Academy leadership curriculum, structured shadowing at an approved QM learning location, supervised leadership practice, safety and compliance preparation, and competency assessments. Extensive prior experience does not waive any required stage. Independent site leadership begins only after written QM sign-off.

07

Required preparation and shadowing

All founding leaders follow a structured readiness sequence: (1) leadership and background screening; (2) core QMGSC training; (3) Academy leadership and operations modules; (4) shadowing a working QM location and central operations; (5) supervised practice in family admissions, staff supervision, prepared environments, daily scheduling, learner safety, records, and incident response; (6) assessed practical demonstration and a written site readiness plan; and (7) final QM leadership approval. Training and shadowing duration is competency-based and determined by the individual and role.

08

Launch authorization and ongoing coaching

No founding educator independently opens or runs a pod until QM has approved the site, staffing, local compliance, emergency procedures, insurance, budget, operating routines, and demonstrated leadership competencies. After launch, leaders participate in scheduled check-ins, observations, quality reviews, and continuing Academy learning.

09

Employment and accountability

The intended relationship is employment with Quantum Montessori or its appropriate employing entity. Compensation, benefits, authority, reporting structure, and performance expectations are established in an individual written agreement. Autonomy does not remove accountability for safety, supervision, educational quality, compliance, or school policies.

10

Start with a leadership inquiry

Use the existing school contact form to introduce your experience, proposed city and state, preferred learning format, and readiness to lead a location. The Careers team will review fit and, if appropriate, arrange an exploratory meeting before any formal hiring or site approval.

Start a conversation about leading locally.

This is a leadership inquiry, not a job application, franchise offer, or agreement to invest. Share your experience, preferred location, and the pathway that interests you. Our team will review your inquiry before scheduling a meeting.

Start with a short leadership inquiry. We will follow up to talk through next steps.
